Important Notice: These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bit339 ("bit339", "the Platform ", "we", "us", "our"). Access to the bit339 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This is an absolute requirement and admits no exceptions. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. bit339 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the age requirement cannot be verified to bit339's satisfaction.
Underage Gambling is Strictly Prohibited. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all balances forfeited. bit339 cooperates fully with authorities in cases of suspected underage gambling.
Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the bit339 Platform. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, or shared payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. bit339 employs device fingerprinting, IP monitoring, and payment method cross-referencing to detect duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances or pending withdrawals may be voided.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani residential address, and valid contact details. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. bit339 accepts no liability for service failures, payment delays, or account restrictions arising from inaccurate information provided at registration.
bit339 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before deposits, withdrawals, or bonus claims are processed:

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. bit339 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. bit339 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Internet Banking, Meezan Bank, Raast Instant Payment System, and 1LINK. No foreign currency transactions are accepted. All account balances, bets, winnings, and bonuses are denominated in PKR.
The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200. There is no maximum single deposit limit unless one is self-imposed by the Player through Responsible Gaming Tools. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your bit339 Account within 30 seconds of successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take up to 2 business hours during standard banking hours. bit339 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. E-wallet withdrawals (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast) are typically completed within 3 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1 business day. bit339 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be delayed if an active fraud investigation is in progress on the relevant account.
For anti-money-laundering compliance, withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, up to the amount originally deposited via that method. Any net winnings exceeding the deposited amount may be withdrawn to any verified payment method registered on your Account.
bit339 does not accept third-party payments. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Withdrawals will only be sent to accounts in your verified name. Transactions from unverified or third-party sources will be returned and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.
bit339 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its absolute discretion, including — but not limited to — situations where a bet is placed on an event whose result is already known, where system errors have generated incorrect odds, or where a Player is suspected of engaging in prohibited betting practices. Bets are accepted and confirmed only once a unique bet reference number is issued to the Player.
The minimum stake per bet is PKR 50. Maximum stake limits vary by event, market type, and Player account tier. bit339 may reduce maximum stake limits for specific accounts at its discretion without prior notice, particularly where unusual betting patterns are detected.
All bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant event as determined by the relevant governing body — for example, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for PSL matches, or the International Cricket Council (ICC) for international fixtures. In the event of a disputed result, bit339 will suspend settlement pending official confirmation and will notify affected Players. Settled bets are final and cannot be reversed once the settlement process is complete.
A bet shall be declared void and the original stake returned to the Player in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled and not replayed within 48 hours; the event does not reach the minimum period required for settlement under applicable sport rules; or a manifest error in odds or market creation is identified by bit339 prior to settlement.
In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time at bit339's discretion, including during delays, reviews, or technical issues. Bets placed during a period of suspension will be voided. It is the Player's responsibility to ensure that any in-play bet has been confirmed with a bet reference number before assuming acceptance.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by bit339 are subject to these General Bonus Terms in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion-specific terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified in the promotion; any unused bonus funds and associated winnings will expire at the end of this period.
Bonuses are available to verified Players with accounts in good standing only. bit339 reserves the right to exclude any Player from bonus eligibility where abuse, circumvention, or exploitation of promotional terms is suspected. Each promotion is available once per Player, per household, per device, and per payment method unless stated otherwise.
The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in bonus cancellation and, depending on severity, account suspension: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; using low-risk or zero-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements; coordinating with other Players to exploit referral or loyalty structures; and placing bets that do not comply with minimum odds requirements specified in the promotion terms.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bit339 Platform. Any Player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their Account suspended or permanently closed, all associated balances may be forfeited, and bit339 reserves the right to pursue recovery of any losses caused by such conduct through all available legal means.

This limitation does not apply to liability arising from fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bit339 does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform and shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by maintenance, third-party infrastructure failure, or circumstances beyond bit339's reasonable control (force majeure).
You may request closure of your bit339 Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and confirmation that no active fraud investigation is pending.
bit339 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account with or without notice in circumstances including — but not limited to — breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, regulatory obligation, or failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe. Where an Account is terminated for breach of these Terms, bit339 may retain any balance as compensation for losses or costs incurred as a result of the breach.
bit339 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the Platform's operating jurisdiction.
